Got these 4 tires 2 weeks ago and I've noticed these shiny marks among others. At first, I thought they were dirty so I've cleaned them with top of the line tire cleaners and lots of elbow grease and these marks persist. They feel fine on the road but they look horrible.

Anyone ever experience this? For the price I paid as these are a premium tire, I'm going back to the shop tomorrow to see what's going on here.

Any advise would be great. Thanks all!
