This will be my first submission to PSA using a middleman company.. will be £150 to send express to have a turn around time of roughly 30 days. Does this card have a chance of a 9/10? Digital grading apps have been all over the place!

So i sold this on ebay for £1000 but buyer said when it arrived parcel was empty. I have fought this with ebay but they closed in his favour. I have contacted ace to flag it as stolen as well as making a police report. i have no money for the sale and also no bubble mew. If you see this card with this serial number please let me know! ❤️
