Chargeback for sizing issues !?!
Had two of these this year Customers ordering items with size guides then later complaining they don't fit , a lot of our items are custom or final sale and non refunable
Customers then throw a tantrum and start a chargeback with bank as " product unnaceptable " even stating in the chargeback the reason is the item doesn't fit them
How is that our problem !?! if they can't order from exact measurements what hope is there
What are we even supposed to be uploading in the defence of this ? I feel half the time the bank doesn't even review the merchants side and just auto closes it after a period of time 🤣
Returns are expensive for us and the goods are not really worth enough to get drawn into lengthy disputes over
Just feels absolutely outrageous that people can use what is effectively a tool specifically reserved to fight credit card fraud....FOR FRAUD
The banks really need to start clamping down on this nonsense the admin cost on the system is astronmical
Really short of actual unauthorised use ,a chargeback shouldn't even be possible under $100 just for the pure amount of work they cause
