Still on launch-day firmware is it worth waiting any longer?
I’ve had my Switch 2 since release day and deliberately haven’t updated it, hoping that staying on the earliest possible firmware might be useful if a software exploit or mod is eventually released.
However, my patience is starting to wear thin. I want to use the eShop, access the online features and actually enjoy the console properly, rather than keeping it offline indefinitely for something that may never happen.
I’m also hoping to play Ocarina of Time remake when it comes out, and I assume accessing or downloading it will require me to update first does anyone know if that’s correct?
What are the rest of you on launch firmware doing?
Would you continue waiting or just update and enjoy the console?
PS - I’m too broke to buy a second console haha!
