Over the past few weeks my PC has been really sluggish half the time I boot it up, leading to me needing to restart. This fixed the problem and after a little research I’ve seen a few posts suggesting a faulty or broken Ethernet cable could be the culprit? I’m not sure if what I’ve supplied here is very helpful but I’m unsure if these jumps are normal or not.

Any input or suggestions would be great.
