Need some info on this gun

I just traded my beretta PX4 Storm Sun Compact for this Kimber Pro carry (SERIES 1) 1911

Iv been trying to do some research on it to find out what the “no Schwartz safety” means on the gun, also can anyone tell me what it would roughly be worth?
