LaPavoni EXP1
Just completed my latest LaPavoni upgrade. Over the last 10-years, my LP has seen a number of upgrades, the bulk procured from our friends at Coffee Sensor.
However there remained one major issue with my machine that needed to be addressed .... and that's the low group head.
A common complaint amongst LaPavoni enthusiasts, however I'm unaware of anyone addressing this limitation.
Today I present to you my LaPavoni EXP1. A new base structure that effectively raises the group head 25mm, and increases stability.
Early tests are very promising.
