Can anyone please help? It ONLY records events while I'm watching live video (streaming to my phone). As soon as I go to another app on my phone it doesn't record anything at all. I've turned on background processing, turned off battery saving mode on my phone, activated recording, I'm in home mode.

I have no idea what to do. Should I just return them?
