myQ App Issues - Let Chamberlain Know!

The Chamberlain myQ app seriously needs a redesign. Trying to set or view auto‑close schedules feels like navigating a maze — nothing is intuitive, and basic functions are buried behind confusing menus.

But the worst part is the constant advertising. I paid hundreds for the opener, yet the home screen is filled with upsells for Chamberlain accessories. Sometimes you even have to scroll just to reach the “Open/Close” button. That’s ridiculous for an app whose main purpose is to operate a garage door.

If Chamberlain wants to advertise, fine — put it on a separate tab. The landing page should be clean, simple, and focused on safety and control. Judging by the number of complaints online, I’m far from the only one fed up with this.
