Frequent leg licking/nibbling

Hi everyone! My 15 month old Male vizsla has started to frequently lick/gnaw his front legs. He seems to do it when he’s settling on his bed or sofa. People have said a lot of vizslas do this but he seems to be a bit more aggressive doing so. Any help would be great, he’s off to the vet for a 2nd opinion this week.

New to ice hockey!

Hi guys! New player here looking a getting my first pair of skates. I’m based in the UK and wear a 10.5 UK in my everyday shoe and I can’t work out what size to get for skates. I bought a second hand pair of CCM 42k Ribcor in an EU 45 (10.5 UK) and they are MASSIVE, with my heel feeling like it can move and my toes being nowhere near the end of the skates. Any help would be great, thank you!
