Unfortunately, I purchased a Maytag Commercial Washing Machine 18 months ago. I load the machine with laundry and detergent and Oxi-clean and THEN I get an error message that the machine has to be cleaned with “Affresh”. So I have to empty the machine, then go to the store to buy Affresh, come back home and start over. I had to postpone a flight because of this. Earth to Maytag - why couldn’t you warn users of your machines ahead of time that the machine has to be cleaned? This has happened before.
