Nissan transmission valve body swap i need advice on consult 3 programming for a frugal price.
I recently purchased a 2017 nissan pathfinder from copart. It was marked yellow lighted and this thing should have been red lighted. I had a braking nightmare and finally got it running perfectly. SMOGED it paid $1200 in registration everything was completed and going good. One hot day we go out of town no issues. Next day took my kids to school stop at Walgreens to pick up an order and the car goes into limp mode. Battery bracket was a little loose so I tighten it up started the car and went into gear started driving home it starts to skip .no engine light I drained cvt fluid and filled it it wasn't burned smelling a little bit of black dots but mostly clean cvt fluid. took it for a test drive and it would kinda jump forward this time. no noises no grinds or major jerks. im swapping the transmission valve body filter and gaskets tomorrow but I need to tcm rewrite and im open to advice or information related to experience. I already have the cvt rebuilt kit with pulleys and chain if worst come to worst. but I don't think it's that serious. codes started as only p2813 then it became p2813 p17f0 p17f1. p17f0 is permanent the other 2 reset. the car reverses and drives short distances no issues. but I'm not taking it any further than my block.
