Accidentally made things weird, not sure what to do

Context is me (24M) and friend (26M) have been casual friends for around a year. I am bi and he is straight and has a girlfriend (who I've met and is lovely).
Basically, I got a text from a friend that was like "Wyd". I responded back without thinking (my mistake, I don't even know why I thought that was OK), "I know this isn't your intention at all, but this is giving booty call lmfao". He immediately was weirded out and hasn't responded since. I saw immediately after he said that why that was a really weird thing to say, even if I didn't intend to make things sexual (should make it clear I legitimately don't even think about him that way). What do I do? Do I apologize profusely? Do I explain I have ADHD which makes me sometimes forget to shut my mouth? Do I let things be? What do I do? I'm afraid I burned this whole thing down accidentally and now he thinks I want to fuck him (which I don't, at all, I don't even know why I said or thought that). Please help
