So I never had my query resolved from hotham so I’m looking to leave my booking as is and just do a couple of extra days at dinner plain. I can’t find an option for the lift tickets online yet. Anyone know how to navigate this or if they are just not up yet?

I have been waiting nearly a week to sort out amending a ski booking. Is it usual for Hotham to be really slow to resolve things.
