Double NAT on new AX5400 VDSL network

Just bought the AX5400 VDSL Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi 6 system (Deco X73-DSL + X73) and plugged it straight into my DSL port. Setup was amazingly simple, and I got it all updated to latest firmware (leagues better than my dismal Nest Wifi I replaced).

The X73-DSL is in my living room, with the TV and Xbox plugged directly into it, and the X73 is in my office on the floor above, with my PC plugged into it.

Everything's going great except my Xbox tells me I've got Double NAT.

What's the best way to fix this? Do I turn the X73-DSL into an Access Point? Will this worsen the wifi mesh and/or disconnect the X73 upstairs?

Nest Wifi not working with modem in bridge mode

Attempting to get my OG Nest Wifi network working with a TP-Link Archer VR400 but as soon as I put the modem into Bridge mode, the Nest Wifi no longer gets internet access. I also lose the ability to connect to 192.169.0.1, so can't configure the modem unless I plug in via ethernet (not an option atm).

I've previously just turned off WiFi signal from the modem and used the Next Wifi with no problem, but I am affected by double NAT which impacts some activities.

Any tips for troubleshooting why bridging the modem is causing the Nest Wifi to lose connection? I've even factory reset the modem and same result.

Extra details:

Modem configured to NBN FttB (Australian internet connection type) with Launtel ISP, Dynamic IP. Nest Wifi connected to modem via WAN port. Deleted all internet protocols and added bridge mode (connection then disappears).
