Does anyone know of a phone number where I can actually talk to a Verizon employee that can help with my situation?

TL,DR: I was charged $270 from Verizon despite not having an active service with them for 4+ years and I need to talk to someone who can help me with this situation.

Yesterday I realized I had a $270 charge from Verizon. Funny. I haven't had Verizon service in 4+ years. I go to the Verizon store close to my house and explain the situation. The lady confirms I have no active services, and there's nothing she can do, or that Verizon can do. I'd have to go to my bank. That's fine, my bank is right across the street.

Go to my bank, tell them the situation, they give me a new debit card, and will look into the matter. I just got a call from my bank saying they can't reverse the charge because it was done through my checking account (how I paid when I had service), and appears to be a legit transaction, despite me disputing it. They say I have to call Verizon.

So I call Verizon. I managed to talk to an employee, explain the situation, and she says if I don't have an active service, I shouldn't be billed, and to call my bank. I told her I already did that, and that they said I need to get it squared away with Verizon. She then tells me she can't help me.

So here I am. Charged $270. My bank says to call Verizon, Verizon says to call my bank. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
