
Someone requested a "Unite Skill" system between Billy and the 7 girls. Honestly, I was stunned when I saw the request.
It took me about a week to make a decision.
I mean, it sounded incredibly cool, but the workload was gonna be insane! Designing unique duo concepts for each character and animating these complex effects is way harder than just slapping a standard impact effect on an enemy.
But... I had to admit, it would make the game so much more fun.
So, in the end, I caved in and added the feature. And it’s completely done!
The system calculates Relationship Points (Affinity).
The closer you are to a specific character, the more effective your combo skill with her becomes.
For example, in this screenshot, if your relationship level isn't high enough, getting poked in the butt by the Nurse to trigger your transformation will leave you with a 'Poisoned' status effect after firing the beam.
Level up your bond a bit, and that nasty poison effect disappears. Max out your bond, and not only are you poison-free, but you'll also receive a bonus ATK and DEF buff right after unleashing the combo!

Honestly, at this point, I probably need to blindfold myself and plug my ears. I’m way too easily convinced by awesome comments, especially when you guys are so passionate about it.
If I keep listening, this game is never going to be finished! 😂😂😂
