Coolant pouring out after 3.0 PCV replacement?

Helping my son work on his 2014 C7 Audi A6. 3.0 supercharged auto.

We performed the following work…

Removed Supercharger and everything under there to get the PCV valve off.

Replaced PCV, thermostat, water pump, valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, ignition coils, intake manifold seals, coolant pipe that runs under supercharger (metal replacement). Serpentine belt, supercharger belt. Stainless bleed screws.

We also replaced the seals on the crossover pipe on the front of the engine.

Also carbon cleaned the intake valves.

So after everything is put back together we start adding coolant back to the reservoir to start bleeding the system and after adding about 1/2 gallon of coolant, it starts pouring out from around the rear of engine bay passenger side.

I thought maybe a seal on the crossover pipe got rolled or something but we removed the supercharger and everything looks bone dry under there and everywhere else we look.

Any ideas? Thanks.
