Currently with BT 59mbps £46pm, broadband only. Virgin Media are the lowest price in the area for Broadband and the only ones who provide Fibre. 264mbps, £18.99.

No other providers do Fibre in my area (England, South Yorkshire).

We have no issues with the BT service speed but think we should benefit with higher speed and at lower cost, it seems like a good offer.

Slightly worried about switching as I’ve heard they have to put new cables into the ground, and about the reliability as I WFH 4 days PW.

Wondering whether to call BT and try for reduction or switch.

Any advice?
