We just bought a 2024 Platinum from Carvana with 20k miles on it. Only one owner before us. Car was running well, however, we took it to our local carshop for an inspection to ensure things are running well under the hood. The car dies on us and is unable to be turned back on. We have it towed to Toyota dealership and are being told the ECM will need to be replaced - ok fine.
However, looking for the opinions of strangers online who have more XP with their Sienna.
- Will this be a long-term issue?
- Would you keep the van at this point?
- Or would you return and get a different model?
This is our first Sienna/mini van for our family.
