Floppy tail syndrome

Has anyone experienced floppy tail syndrome with these little guys? This is my first reptile and I'm absolutely devastated that I have done something wrong as it looks like my 10month old boy has floppy tail syndrome.

What can I do? Is this harmful to his health? Is it too far gone?

He's in a 12x12x24 bioactive enclosure with plenty of sticks going in various directions, and one that goes vertical. I'm going to move the vertical one to a more diagonal-horizontal position but I can't stop him hanging upside down on the glass. He has UVB, is fed pangea and calcium dusted fruit flies, but I know he does seem to hunt the clean up crew (who are given calcium and Arcadia clean up crew food as well as the leaves/wood in the enclosure).
