I've been running Fedora & kde alongside windows for a while without any issues. Today I temporarily swapped my boot drive order to have the windows boot drive first, instead of using grub like i normally do. All was well but after a restart and swapping the boot order back I now can no longer fully boot into linux.

I can get to the sign in screen, then after signing in I get a black screen with only a cursor to show. I attempted to run the recovery mode, but I just get an error saying root is locked with no way out. I assume windows has overwritten something on my drive containing linux but im not sure. Windows and Linux are both on completely separate drives.

Any help would be appreciated.
