Buying advice

98 3.4 220k miles 5speed 4x4 with only 2 owners and good maintenance. Is this dudes asking price insane for this? I know the 3.4s last a while I have a 3rd gen 4Runner with one only at 155k miles. Is this too many miles for a daily?

Tire pump recommendations.

Trying to get my dad a gift and he brings his f150 out on the beach to surf and needs a good tire pump to help air up and down. He has a newer one with outlets in the bed not sure if that gives more options but any recommendations would be great!

Found a 98 5 speed 4x4 in Jersey that my buddy went to look at yesterday for me. Unfortunately hard to gauge since I wasn’t there. Decent frame rust but looks treatable and this going to be a summer project. My one issue is my buddy thought it was leaking from a head gasket.i assumed it was the valves, dude said he got the heads replaced but had that common mix up between valve cover gasket and head gaskets which happens all the time. He just said he didn’t clean the valve cover gaskets after the clean and that’s just excess which makes sense I think I had a lil extra on my 02 4Runner after getting them replaced that I just burnt off. Is this too much rust. What should I do?

How does this frame rust look on a possible 4Runner I’m going to look at. Also anyone know what these flares, are they factory?

Finally found a good 3rd gen manual with under 175k for a reasonable price. If I hopefully buy this soon I want to make it a project for summer to do all the preventable maintenance while I have time and another vehicle to drive(2002 4Runner). Luckily I already somewhat know the basics I do my oil changes and the simple things so I’m somewhat mechanically inclined but I have no experience other then stuff like that. I wanna do the timing belt and water pump, yes I know luckily I can mess it up since it’s a non interference engine. Also gonna do a full coolant flush while working on that to make it easy. Other than that all the other fluids shouldn’t be too tricky but I wanna do them all. Any advice, videos, recommendations would be awesome.
