Description of Original Problem: I previously had an NVIDA 2070 Super. I uninstalled all the drivers, removed that GPU, installed the new AMD GPU and its' Drivers.
It works, except I have some serious ghosting or screen tearing. I'll attach a video
Troubleshooting:
I have tried,
-Reinstalling Drivers
-Restarting The PC
-Turning off FreeSync on my monitor
-Turned off FSR Upscaling
-Set it to RGB 4:4:4 PC Standard (Full RGB)
-Set Aliasing to Use Application Settings
-Turned off Anti-lag and Chill.
My monitor is The Pixio PX277P.
