I’m working with a 2013 Chevy Impala and found a video of someone taking the trim off which is good and all but they snap the back pieces of this off. Is there a way to get this off without doing that or is that the only way?

I also have knifeless tape if needed to wrap while still on the car but it would be so much easier to do it without Y’know. Thanks!!
