Trying to solo queue is genuine hell

For some more context, I got the Creative Cloud Pro subscription using my student discount and when I went to cancel like everyone, I got hit with the massive cancellation fee. Stopped using that card on November 2025 and just 2 weeks ago they suspended my account. Today I tried to cancel and in my case it only took one message saying I want to cancel and they canceled. I already got the confirmation email. I haven't deposited money in my debit card since November and I'm curious if they waived my debt or not. I'll give any updates in the future if I get charged.
