EPS system problem came up randomly. Speedometer stuck at zero while moving (both analogue and digital)

Abnormal steering behaviour while driving (shifting between heavy and loose at small speeds).

First service is tomorrow! Then this happens when I start a parked car. (Didn't hit anything - no bad roads or potholes).

Anybody had this problem? Is towing needed?
