I got a G7 pro about a month ago and it's been quite nice but for some reason my A button was really creaky with the normal faceplate on. Other buttons might have had it a bit too but it was very much mainly the A button and it made it feel unsatisfying to press.

Chatted with support on discord for a bit and they sent over a new faceplate that was just a single part instead of the three piece one that came with the controller. This new one is very solid and stable with feel and no more creaky buttons so I'm very satisfied now. Pretty quick process lasting about a week or so overall. Shout-out to gamesir for assisting well
