I'm starting Angel Aligners treatment and I need to use elastic bands as below:
I'm worried about it being too fiddly to get in place. Has anybody else had these and could share their experiences please?

Is there a local retro gaming scene? I’ve seen posts for board game meetups… is there a video game equivalent, e.g. meet-up and conquer some multiplayer games at an arcade? Might be too niche we’ll find out!
