I keep quitting jobs and I can't figure out why. Something is wrong with me and I need to fix it

29M. Five jobs in four years. I'm not getting fired. I'm quitting. Every single time I start strong, get praise, and then somewhere around month 6 I start dreading it. By month 8 I'm applying elsewhere. By month 10 I'm gone.

I've tried different industries, different team sizes, different managers. Same result. I'm running out of explanations that don't start with maybe the problem is me.

I've rewritten my resume 6 times and it still sounds like everyone else's.

Same bullet points every PM has. Led cross functional teams. Managed stakeholder relationships. Drove product roadmap. All generic. A recruiter friend told me my resume reads like a job description not a person. But when I try to make it more specific I don't know what to say.

Is the resume the problem or is the problem that I don't know what my actual differentiator is?

People who actually enjoy their jobs, is it the job or the environment that makes it enjoyable?

Genuine question. When people say they love what they do, is it the actual work that makes it great or is it everything around the work? The team, the pace, the autonomy, the culture. Could you do the same job at a different company and hate it?
