Tapeworm Segment Or? NSFW

I'm 17 months into my Naturopathic journey. I was diagnosed with Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency (Naturo said, and NIH med journals confirmed, Addisons can be caused by parasites), then polycythemia 6 month later (weird as tendency of some parasitic infection is anemia), as well as fatty liver disease [FLD]. Tertiary symptoms are dozens upon dozens; skin like a leper that looked like blue/purple patches from cystic acne and boils from my scalp to my calves, NP, Eczema, Rosacea, Finger nail skin constant infection and skin peeling off, heart rate not wanting to come below 120 at rest after attempting to exercise or eating, etc.

As soon as I started I'd see "bio films" engraining my stool like a marbled steak. Then either white pin or round worms. 4/5 months into it the flukes were coming out. Recently, after a 3 month break from my Naturo's CellCore cleanses, I did another cleanse as I take an intermission from my first Medical Rx of Ivermectin during those 3 months. Planning on Fenbendazole (Rx's from my primary Dr. who confirmed parasitic infection) after this.

This is what came out. To me, it looks like 2 tapeworm proglottids back to back. No, I didn't randomly not digest onion or something of the like. Then there are the 'sesame seed' looking eggs. No, I have not consumed any sesame seeds, tomato seeds, cucumber seeds, etc. during my cleanse. However, tapeworm larvae/eggs look like 'sesame seeds'.

Why not just take my Rx Albendazole and kill the tapeworm in 24/48 hours? Because that one can cause brain swelling, seizures, stroke, etc. if any tapeworm has gotten eggs into the CNS and cysts have formed. I have upper limb neuropathy which may be an indicator of CNS cystic infection.

I will continue with the naturopathic protocol, but I am 'all ears' for advice on tapeworms, or if you have an opinion outside of my understanding.

The accessories suck, and not is a good vacuum way. The vacuum is great for regular upright vacuuming but is so terrible to try and attach the crevice tool that I'd rather just grab an old stick cordless and do the edges with it. The hose on Powerdetect Doesn't reach worth sh!t. The main machine topples over with ease.

Either I am an idiot that doesn't know how to attach the accessories, or they suck. You have to press, with much force, the rubber to rubber trying to force the accessory onto the hose and much of the time it pops right off. So I am open to suggestions and willing to accept that I may be a moron who didn't do it right.

Anyone find this vacuum is great in normal use and agrees the accessories are an utter Joke?

Here is the link to the model I got from Costco: https://www.costco.com/p/-/shark-powerdetect-complete-performance-upright-vacuum-with-powered-lift-away/4000398166?langId=-1
