I dropped off my CX5 with 82k miles for my first tranny drain and fill with my mechanic . At pickup , He changed the fluid and told me that he put in 2.8 quarts based on what his system tells him however all the YouTube videos seem to indicate that it’s about 3.8quarts.

Unless I heard wrong I will probably take it back to him and check the dipstick with the oil temp at 122F but I’m just surprised that whatever system he’s using seems to understate the amount of fluid that goes into the transmission
