I posted a WTB for a VSF no-date Submariner 41mm in a local watch trading Facebook group. Someone reached out and offered one for about $290, which feels neither too cheap nor too expensive. He’s willing to meet up and even encouraged me to check the watch online and in person before buying, which is a good sign. He also showed proof of his original purchase.

The only thing that’s bothering me is that I came across a thread claiming some VSF no-date 41 models with a 3VV clasp code and 5X12 serial might actually be fake VSF. That’s making me a bit cautious, so I’d appreciate some input on this.
