In the summer of 1905, Russian forces launch a surprise attack on Sendai using a combination of Air attacks followed by a ground invasion. The fleet has snuck past multiple Japanese patrols in order to launch the surprise attacks. This severely weakens Japan and Russia wins the war. What happens after, ignore the POC I know it is unrealistic.
