Benchmark 365 is a global white-label managed IT provider supporting MSPs across the US, Australia, and beyond. We’re looking for experienced L2 and L3 contractors to support both planned leave coverage and ongoing global growth across our technical team.
Location: Remote WFH - Philippines, South/Southeast Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe.
Hours: 8am-5pm UK | 3pm-midnight Philippines | midnight-9am PT | 3am-noon ET
Duration: Initial contract with potential to extend. Strong performers may be offered longer-term contract
What the work looks like:
L2: Day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and escalation handling across modern MSP environments. Solid experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking required.
L3: Advanced systems support and complex escalations. Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualisation required.
Prior MSP experience is essential. Exposure to common MSP tooling (PSA, RMM, documentation platforms) is a plus.
Approved candidates are subject to a comprehensive background check which may take up to 21 days to process.
Rates: Negotiated based on experience, expected working hours (i.e. day shift vs night shift work) and region.
