Is this all poa annua? Worth pulling and reseeding now, or let it go? [NJ]
I think I have way more poa annua than I realized. Looking for confirmation and strategy advice.
A few questions:
Is all the grass with visible seed heads in these photos annual bluegrass?
I pulled clumps and dropped new seed in the bare spots (photos included). Is this worth doing in late May, or should I just let it run its course and deal with it in fall?
Does pulling now actually slow the spread, or has it already seeded enough that I'm too late?
Photos: before and after of the clumps I pulled, the clumps themselves, and yard overview.
