I use Dirt Phobia Effectem D Serum in my skincare routine. I recently went to buy another bottle, and saw that it was out of stock in the US (when you go to the manufacturer’s website and select US, it takes you directly to Amazon, where it is out of stock)

I have two questions for anyone that may know the answers to either / both:

Does anyone know why this product is out of stock for the US?
Are there any viable alternatives to this serum?

I like using Dirt Phobia Effectem D in particular because it helped me clear up my acne while also making my skin smooth. Does anyone know of a similar product that could achieve the same goal?
