I was on benefits late 2024, possibly into early 2025. I just tried to create a new account to file a new claim and after I create my security questions, it gives me an error that they are unable to create a new account for me. I tried "forgot password" on every single email I have, and each one says "no account found". I tried creating the account with a brand new email and still got the same error, which makes me think it's my personal details flagging, like social & birth date.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix this? I can only imagine my old account is still somewhat "active" which is keeping me from creating another one but not active enough to log into.. Any help is appreciated.
