Brand new player trying to cut cards from Gishath deck
Hi everyone,
I am brand new to MTG, having only played a single game of Pauper before. For my very first commander deck, I am building Gishath, Sun's Avatar!

I have included a decklist with all the relevant cards that I have available to me (113 cards, not including basic lands). I am trying to figure out which creatures/sorceries/instants/equipments/artifacts/enchantments I should cut from this list and how many of each basic land I should include. Currently, I am trying to build with what I have and not purchase additional cards.
Also, I am trying to determine what bracket my deck would be. My friend and I are trying to build B3 decks and I am curious if my deck would align with that?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I know this is probably the #1 question this sub gets so thank you for taking the time to help a new player 😄
