New Orleans themed 4th meal (shrimp, crawfish, sides) OC
This is the meal I convinced my family to do for the 4th. We did grilled shrimp, crawfish etouffee, dirty rice, maque shoux, greens, potato salad. Nephew made beignets. Was awesome.
