Leaving your dog in a vehicle in the heat.

Leaving your dog in a vehicle in the heat.

I hope you and anyone else unaware of the dangers sees this post. A young woman left her little white dog in their black Honda Accord at the Barrett pkwy Target today. Your car was off, and your windows were up. You gave your dog no chance of survival. I called the police for the sake and health of your dog; not to get you in trouble. It's obvious you're unaware of the danger you put your dog in and judging from the conversation I heard through your car, whomever you spoke with didn't understand the dangers too. Even if your windows were cracked, it'd still be unbearable for your dog. I hope you heed this advice and not kill your dog. Below is a link for more information and the dangers. Be a better person, please.

First time patching a cieling

This is my first time patching a ceilng and I'm struggling, maybe. I softened my joint compound. I use a large knife. I applied a coat, placed the tape, and then went over the tape. I feel like I may not have put enough compound down first to keep the tape flush. Or, I've applied too much compound and its' the weight/ gravity is pulling the tape. Any suggestions?
