My First Big Project
The goal for this build was to finally learn some new skills, try new things, and learn how to balance my function and form. I present to you, "Aeinvauld" village. I spent a lot of time making sure mostly everything does not take weather damage since it's vanilla. Aeinvauld includes quite a bit of strucutures with a total of 14 beds across the village, including a big main house featuring full workbenches, high level comfort room, full kitchen, with a spacious deck overhanging the view of the lower parts of the village. Behind it, you'll find a very organized storage building that leads to a small farm on out the right side and to your left an entrance into a smelter/armory equip with 4 smelters and chests to hold more than enough coal and ore. Through the back of the smelter room leads to the main house's "guest room" which comfortably houses 7 vikings, each bed space having big black metal chests for players personal belongings. Scaling back down the pathway leading towards the dock, you'll find what i've fixed as a very organized storage facility disguised as an outdoor market for overflow if any of the houses run out of storage space. Across from there you'll also find two houses, one with a pen for storing your tamed animals while the house is actually just another labeled and organized storage house. The neighboring home has a full kitchen, decent comfort level, and two beds with loads of storage. I also somehow managed to incorporate two blast furnaces within the home. Across from there, you'll find a tavern named "Thor's Hammer." No labels as to where what goes, it's more of a form over function build but i'd imagine it being a bar and grill, storing food and mead items in the scatter storage chests and barrels I laid out would be the smartest way to know what you'll most likely find. Towards the front entrance of the village gate, you'll see a portal hub which fits up to 24 regular portals but can be interchanged to fit stone ones above at a lesser volume. Training facility slightly up the road where you can train with all wooden weapons with T.W.I.G. to increase your stats. Above is a shooting range for friends to play a game of archery and keep track of scores. Next to that, you'll see the tailor which i built as a business to incorporate my least favorite crafting necessity, the spinning wheel! After that, there's two more homes, full kitchens, full workshops, left side house housing two vikings, and the right side for a singular bachelor (: If you made it this far, thanks for giving it a read and checking out some screenshots of the build. I made this with the intent to play with friends then realized I don't have any who are interested in Valheim lol might use this world to start a dedicated server for a very streamlined playthrough, or for anyone else to build some rad strucutures or settlements on neighboring or further out continents. Lmk if you'd like to see me do short vids for tiktok breaking down each strucuture and showcase!
