What is the most reliable F150? (2018 and newer)

So I’m looking into getting another f150 and it sounds like the new f150’s aren’t the most reliable. I had a 2013 3.5 eco boost and I loved that truck but I felt like I was working on it every other weekend. I did buy it with high mileage though, 170,000 miles on it and sold it with over 230,000. On the other hand my buddy has the exact same truck and he has over 300,000 miles on his and has had minimal issues with it. I will say after I fixed everything it seemed to run pretty good and I know shits gonna break eventually but if I can keep from working on a vehicle to a minimum that would be ideal. I know there’s always a little risk when buying used but what do you guys think the most reliable f150 is? Preferably with the 2018’s and newer?

Here’s what I’m looking for.

-Good towing capacity (9,000lbs and up but isn’t a deal breaker if I find a good deal on a truck that has a lower towing capacity)
-As stated in the title I’d like to get something a little newer so 2018 and up would be nice.
-My budget is around $40,000 give or take. I’m flexible if I find a really good deal on something that costs a little more but would like to stay around 40.
-I’d prefer a lariat, king ranch, limited or platinum.

What do you guys think? What have your experiences been like if you’ve owned a newer f150?

Compression plugins

Are you guys using multiple different compression plugins for separate instruments or have you found one that’s your go to that works universally across the board or one that you tend to use more often than others? Also which compression plugins have you found thats easy to use that helped out quite a bit with your work flow?

Question about recording with the Roland td516

So I just purchased a td516 and I was told that you can record directly to your DAW via usb and it will record each individual drum/cymbal as opposed to recording just a single audio signal or midi. To my understanding that would mean I would be able to edit the tracks similar to how you would edit acoustic drums? Has anyone recorded with the stock drums on the v51 module and if so how did it turn out?

2021 iMac vs 2026 iMac for music production?

So my 2011 iMac has served me well but it’s about on its last leg and I think it’s time for an upgrade. I was looking at the newer iMacs as well as browsing market place and was wondering if the newer iMacs are worth the price tag of $1500. I can get a 2021 iMac for around $500 on market place. It will almost strictly be for music production and for reference most of my recordings are for pre production (mostly metal music) although over the years I’ve been getting a little more serious about recording. Of course the 2021 would be fine but I’m just wondering if the newer iMacs are significantly better for music production or if I should save my money, get a used one and use the money I saved on plug in’s or gear?
