I need support:

I wanted to open a revolut account but I cannot do it from the app, it tells me that there is already an account connected to my number. I got this number some months ago. I cannot access the chat on the app, I tried sending an email to the support but they told me to access the guest chat in the app but I cannot do it. When I insert the wanted information, the system doesn't recognise me but then nothing happens and it asks me to insert again the number, id card etc.
