▲ 1 r/sleep

I wasn’t able to find specific answers through Google so I’m posting here.

The first part of the question is simple, but for the past few years I’ve been experiencing pretty bad sleep inversion and have been taking naps borderline against-my-will after waking up at noon after falling asleep at 2. The naps never leave me feeling better, just groggy and tired. Even if I sleep at 1, I wake up at noon and have bad grogginess.

All that being said, I’m thinking of just staying up until 4 and waking up right before work and sleeping till noon, as far as anyone here knows, is that a viable schedule?
