Sudden drop in blood oxygen for a week
How reliable is the blood oxygen measurement considered? I am experiencing a significant drop after a year of using my Whoop in the same way.
It is worth noting that I was a competitive athlete, but in November I got autoimmune sickness with severe heart inflammation and I am still on medication and trying to recover. So there is a chance that it shows worsening my condition or something new.
