Did the SCMC actually announce this net decline info as stated in this IFAF podcast?

According to a recent IFAF podcast (on fb, which I guess I cannot post a link to), LD$ Corp announced a net decline of 186 U.S. members, to 6,929,770. Surprised they actually announced a decline, if so.

I'm curious to know what the true number is (approximately 30% of that, or 2,078,931 active members).
