If I eat regular foods like chicken, cheese, beef, bread, rice, pizza, etc., and I don’t add “softening” foods (like oatmeal, watermelon, plums, kiwi, soups), I’ll only go to the bathroom every 4–5 days.
Those softer/high-fiber foods basically need to be part of my daily diet.
But when I’m dairy-free and meat-free, I’m perfectly fine and go to the bathroom every day without issues.
So basically during Lent/fasting periods I feel good, but once I go back to regular heavy foods, I get completely backed up again.
Whats wrong with me?
