Anybody else notice in their ministries that the new leaders coming in have completely destroyed the branches/sections they manage? Wondering if it’s OPS wide and that’s just the new culture or specific to that ministry. Such poor leaders, it’s sickening.

How long do you have to grieve a decision by your manager? Is there a set timeline? It’s regarding work responsibilities that was recently made against what I do daily and not sure how to approach. Afraid of retaliation.
