Hi looking on some advice for my car, About a year ago I bought a 2005 STS V8 AWD, top trim level model with all the optional features and gadgets(honestly a rare gem). I bought it with 77K miles I have about 80K now, I’ve already spent a few grand on it so far in the last year; Replaced MRC struts with passive struts, replaced shifting linkage, battery, and in process of replacing all front control arms/ball joints and stab links. The northstar sweats a little oil but nothing serious that drips, the engine surprisingly works very well, idles well, no knocking, etc. When I got passive struts in, the ECM put a speed governor on my car because it can’t sense the MRC so i can’t go faster than 80.

Other than that pretty minimal subframe rust, and everything runs pretty smoothly, I was wondering how much longer this car can last me as a daily driver and what else I need to do to maintain it. Also is there any possibility in overriding the ECM to eliminate the speed governor?
